Intermediate membership is for editors and proofreaders who are establishing their career and have a minimum of one year’s professional experience.
This level is ideal for you if:
- you’ve done some core editing or proofreading training (at least one or two courses)
- you have at least 100 hours of work experience
- you need time to gather evidence for upgrading to a higher level.
If you’re more experienced than this and have taken more training, you may want to plan your upgrade to Professional or Advanced Professional level.
