testimonials
I am grateful to all of the many contributors; to Jon Gower for writing this book, to Yvonne Cheal for the proofreading, and to Andy Dark for the design and production.
Karl Francis (film producer)
My special thanks to Yvonne Cheal whose assistance throughout has been invaluable, and without whom the book may well have been started, but it would definitely not have been finished.
René Griffiths (author)
First and foremost I would like to thank Yvonne Cheal for her patience in deciphering my handwritten manuscript and preparing the typescript. Without Yvonne’s dedication, advice and script preparation this book would not have reached fruition.
Peter Ingram (author)
In the preparation of this edition the prompt and efficient help of Miss Yvonne Cheal in typing the new material was invaluable.
Professor Harry Hearder (author)
