Your vision, my insight.
I see the author-editor relationship as a collaborative one with space for conversation, and I provide professional and reliable editing services with the writer's vision top of mind.
Throughout my 14 years as a freelance editor, I've worked with numerous authors of both fiction and nonfiction, and I particularly enjoy working on literary and women's fiction, creative nonfiction, and books about spirituality and/or self-help.
Testimonials
As a novice writer, I searched for an editor who possessed both professional skills and outstanding personal qualities. Rachel exceeded my expectations. She was fast, yet she did not miss anything. Her knowledge, experience, and insight shone. And she provided her service with sincere interest and support. Before we began, she listened to my concerns and gathered information about my goals and style. She is a thoughtful, warm, and patient person – someone I felt an immediate bond with. I look forward to working with her on future projects!
