testimonials
We hired Hannah to copy-edit our sewing pattern instructions and were very happy with her work. From her prompt and conscientious communication to her thoughtful edits, we can count on her to understand our brand tone and technical requirements and catch errors and issues before publication.

Hannah started copy-editing for Culture Caleidoscoop in 2023. As a young online publication, Hannah has not only been great at ensuring consistency and clarity in pieces but also really helpful in asking questions and offering us advice that has helped us to develop our style guide further. Hannah is very reliable, communicates quickly and effectively, and is always very friendly - we are very happy to work with her.
Lorna Cruickshanks, Co-founder and Managing Editor, Culture Caleidoscoop
When a client asks us to transform technical surgical jargon into plain English for patients, editors with the right expertise are hard to come by. That’s why Hannah has been a great help to us over the last two years. She understands that plain language editing requires more than just revision and takes extra care with thoughtful questions and consistent implementation of prior feedback, often catching discrepancies across projects. It’s been a pleasure to work with Hannah, and the end client has been quite satisfied. We can rely on Hannah to deliver a text that is clear, comprehensible and fit not only for the client, but for the patient in the doctor’s office, too.

Hannah has worked on our team of copy-editors since 2018. She is very reliable and helps us ensure that our school evaluation reports are consistent, readable, and fit for purpose. She adapts to changes in our platforms and editing process as needed and gives helpful feedback. We look forward to continuing to work with her.

When I was looking for a copy editor for a Wedding Guide I was putting together I was referred to Hannah by a friend. From our first email, Hannah was extremely responsive, thorough and professional. She made the process very easy and had a quick turnaround time. I also added a boudoir guide for her to edit and she handled that too, no problem. When I received the final edit from Hannah, it was better than what I had originally written and my thoughts were organized in a flow that was easier for my readers to digest but also still sounded like my own voice. I cannot wait to work with Hannah again on more projects I have coming up this year!

Hannah edited and designed our workshop materials for adaptation to online training courses. Consultation throughout the project was always well considered and deadlines were always met. It was a pleasure to work with Hannah and we would use her services again.
