I work patiently and closely with my writers to understand their thinking and priorities and to bring polish to their work. Much of my editing is in non-fiction and academic volumes, but I seem always to have a couple of novels and short stories on my desk. Whatever it is, each new piece of writing is an adventure, and will be welcomed into a busy family!
