About Christina

Portfolio

Since 2017 I have been helping academics, businesses and novelists publish hundreds of successful manuscripts in English and German.

As a native-level speaker of German and English, I am intimately familiar with both languages' idioms and expressions and can offer high-quality translation, editing and proofreading services for your novel, non-fiction books, blog articles and other creative texts.

So far, I have worked on 16 fiction and non-fiction titles.

I have extensive experience with ESL/EFL authors, especially with academics aiming to publish their articles in peer-review journals. As someone who has been through the submission process a few times, I know the ups and downs associated with getting important research published in renowned journals.

Whether you're working on your first manuscript or are a seasoned author with lots of publications under your belt, your draft can always benefit from an experienced, meticulous and keen-eyed editor.

I highly recommend Christina’s services and have also only heard good things about Stinn Translations from my colleagues."

"Christina was a loyal contant during my PhD. She helped me to proofread my final PhD dissertation and edited all my scientific manuscripts before I submitted them. These papers have now been published in various journals – and not a single journal has ever criticized the language (e.g., grammar) in my manuscripts. Christina made the impossible possible and even worked on my texts at short notice, over weekends, and during her research expedition to Mongolia. I could always count on her to do high-quality work. She also provided me with numerous tips and suggestions on scientific English writing. Many of my colleagues now regularly have their manuscripts proofread or edited by her. Thank you, Christina! I look forward to continuing to work with you!"
